Books – Glimpse of Grace by Mary Forsythe. I was completely encouraged and inspired by this book. Mary was filled with the Holy Spirit in prison. This book made the Holy Spirit so real to me.
Same Kind of Different as Me by Ron Hall & Denver Moore. This was such an inspirational book that made me realize that one person can make a difference … one person can change an entire city. After reading this, I wanted to do things that made an eternal impact.
Any book by Mary Higgins Clark. I love suspense novels. LOVE THEM!

CDs – I love just about anything from Hillsong, Gateway, Kari Jobe, Passion and David Crowder Band. I also love Maroon 5, Kelly Clarkson, P!nk, Katy Perry, Journey, John Mayer and so many more. I just love all kinds of music. If I’m writing, I prefer to listen to jazz and movie soundtracks (Little Women and Pride & Prejudice are my favorites).

Tv Shows – 24 – I love the suspense. You never know what’s going to happen. If you try to guess, you’re probably wrong. My husband and I love the show so much, we named our dog after the main character, Jack Bauer (but we spelled our dog’s name “Bower” as in “bow wow.”)
The Office – I love quirky characters as well as witty and clever humor … this show has all that. It’s so funny. I laugh every time I watch it, even if it’s a rerun.
Arrested Development – Pretty much for the same reasons I love the office. The humor is so clever. Sometimes you have to watch the show twice just to catch all the inside jokes. It’s one of those shows I never get tired of watching.
The Biggest Loser – The people on that show completely inspire me to be a better person and live a healthier life.
I can’t get enough of HGTV or The Food Network. I watch them all the time!
