Stacy, I am so blessed by this post. Knowing that you are sharing in the midst of the trial spurs me on to believe with you and for you. He is a healer - don't we know it? He is a giver of good gifts - don't we know that too? Since we do know - let's position outselves for a miracle. Letting your faith stretch from the impossible to the possible is a large part of what our walk is about. You are growing spiritually by leaps and bounds. So proud of you! So honored to see what God will do! Can't wait to do a victory dance with you.

Stacy, while I cannot relate to the struggle of conception (although many women who read this will), I can and do relate to the loss of a dream and the struggle to dream again ... as I'm sure most can.

The dream of "'til death do us part" was lost when my first marriage was shattered by a man who no longer wanted a family ... and I was devastated for years. BUT then God plucked me out of California, brought me to Texas, and restored "family" through a marriage to a man who - I know - will love, honor and cherish me "'til death do us part". Through this journey I held on to Jeremiah 29:11-13 and believed in the plan God had for my life ... "to prosper me and not to harm me; to give me a hope and a future."

And just this year we lived through the loss of my husband's business and, inevitably, the loss of our home due to foreclosure. BUT then God replaced both ... a position with a great company written solely for my husband and a home that is bigger and better than where we previously lived and a rent that is less expensive than our previous mortgage.

Through this particular journey, I held on to Ephesians 3:20 and to the fact that "God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams!” And He did, but all within His time frame, not ours.

I pray for you - and all the women who read this who are struggling in this same area - that the peace of God will flood your spirits, keeping you strong and standing firm in the uncompromising trust and faithful belief that God is sovereign and His plan for you will be seen ... in His time.

I look forward, with anticipation, to hear how your testimony unfolds...
