LOved it Marissa. And I am not trying to be funny when I tell you that I feel God is using it to call me to a place of grace in the kitchen. I joke a lot about my “distaste” for cooking, but really I feel like a failure each time I can’t prepare a meal that satisfies all of my families needs and tastes. I have a picture in my head of what a wife and mom looks like and I just can’t ever measure up. I need a new picture. “what is grace saying”.

I am in awe of the gift God has given you to put into words the deepest things in your heart. When I read this, I wanted to scream “YES!!!!!”, because I too have experienced the love and guidance of the Holy Spirit in my own life after many disappointing years of good intentions with little results. I love the fact that you are so willing to let God speak through you to touch so many lives even when it means revealing such personal struggles. I love you!!

You know I love this. I’m never going to arrive and be “Perfect Princess Sarah.” I’m going to keep my bubbly crazy personality, but I know the Holy Spirit has so much in store for me. He wants me to keep following him daily. He wants to reveal to me that I’m not the worst Christian, I’m not going to Hell because I stuck my middle finger up… yes i said it. He wants to show me the lies that the enemy has been engraving in my heart for so many years. I can preach grace, but I’ve never been able to apply it to my own life. I think you mentioned that the Holy Spirit means grace. I think that in this season in my life He wants to reveal grace to me in a whole new, exciting, uplifting, and glittery way as i seek Him out daily with my “10 minute prayer gift!” I’ve seen at first hand when Steven prays over me in the Spirit the world seems to stop and my mind starts to quiet down, I just love it! I love you and I’ve seen a huge change in you recently. You see the heart and not the sin and that manifests from you seeking and spending quality time with YOUR best friend! I want HIM to be MY best friend too. This blog makes Him so attractive and worth spending some time with Him. God, Jesus, Holy Spirit one of those told me “well done my child!”

I love you and the picture at the end makes my heart melt. You know why
